Hey, Janine! Thank you so much for stopping by with your picture-perfect question! I am so glad you included
Memory Maker in your vacation plans. This enhancement will give you the ability to download all, yes ALL, of those vacation memories! Since there is a large group of you traveling together, I am sure you may split up at times. No worries, as you will still get to see every shock of plunging through the Briar Patch, every hilarious gasp as someone dropped into the Twilight Zone, and every magical moment as a favorite character was hugged.
I do want to encourage you to double-check your My Disney Experience account, especially the
My Family & Friends List, to see if you have checked the box that allows for sharing of Disney PhotoPass pictures. Encourage the rest of your group to do the same! As long as you are all sharing pictures and they are all linked to your My Disney Experience account, then their pictures will appear in your account, no matter when any of you arrived and began your vacation.
The Memory Maker product is actually activated once you download the first Disney PhotoPass picture. You can either use your
My Disney Experience mobile app to view your pictures or hop on your laptop and go to the main
Disney PhotoPass website. I actually prefer to wait until we get home and use the laptop, as the media files are quite large. Know that, as the owner of the Memory Maker entitlement, you will be the only person able to download the Disney PhotoPass pictures. When I have traveled with extended family, I would download all of the pictures and then upload them to a photo-sharing website. I then send the link to the site to everyone and allow them to download which pictures they would like to keep.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
