Hi Tammy!
Grab those Mickey Ears, bring your smile, and get ready to capture all the magical moments of your Walt Disney World Vacation with
Memory Maker! From on-ride photos to family photos in front of Cinderella Castle, there are so many places throughout the parks to take fun and memorable photos. Did you know you can use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to find PhotoPass Photographers? While using the map feature, toggle the option at the top from the default “Wait Times” to “PhotoPass” and you can see in real-time, where PhotoPass Photographers are currently located near you!
It sounds to me as if everything is set and ready to go. The
My Disney Experience Mobile App and the
My Disney Experience desktop version are two different versions of the same information. Some features are available on one format, but not on the other. In the end it all routes back to the same database of information, and this is why you use the same sign-in information in both locations. To the best of my knowledge, the My Disney Experience Mobile App doesn’t have a spot where it shows you have Memory Maker in advance of your visit. It is not listed under tickets as it is on the desktop version. Once you take your first photo, it will automagically show up, without the watermark, in the Mobile App.
If you are seeing that you have Memory Maker on the desktop version of My Disney Experience, then you are good to go. To view this, go to the “My Plans” section and scroll down. Underneath your planning party, you’ll see a section for “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” It usually defaults to your Daily Itinerary. Toggle to the “Tickets & Memory Maker” by selecting the tab on the left side of the page, and you should then see all the tickets linked to your account, and under there, the Memory Maker entitlement. Again, if you see it on the desktop version, you are good to go!
I hope this alleviates any concerns, Tammy! Wishing you a magical trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
