Hi Judy! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Memory Maker is an entitlement that allows the purchaser, or owner of the entitlement, to download all their
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos for one price. Guests who purchase Memory Maker can download all the photos in their account,
including photos of up to 25 members of their Family & Friends list. Guests can
set photo sharing permission with each other so they can view each other's photos, but the Memory Maker entitlement only belongs to the purchaser or the Guest to whom the entitlement has been assigned. The Memory Maker entitlement itself is not shared; Guests who have not purchased Memory Maker will see watermarks on their photos.
Since you mentioned that you purchased Memory Maker on your boyfriend's phone, I am guessing that he was signed into his
My Disney Experience account at the time of purchase and the Memory Maker was therefore assigned to him. If he hasn't yet redeemed or activated the Memory Maker by downloading photos, he can
reassign the Memory Maker to you or someone else in his Family & Friends list. If he has already begun downloading photos, no worries! Once downloaded,
the photos are his to share however he wishes (for personal, non-commercial use.) He can print them for you, share them through email or social media, or create an online album to share with you. Photos may be downloaded an unlimited number of times until they
expire, so your boyfriend is welcome to download the photos as many times as he likes to all his electronic devices.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Enjoy those magical memories!
Anne Marie
