It’s
fa-boo-lous to see you at planDisney, April!
Oh my
gourdness, your October trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is sure to be
spooktacular as you take in the Mickey pumpkins and not-so-scary decor! It’s
eek-tastic that you purchased a
Memory Maker so you can capture all the
boo-tiful memories you’ll be making at Walt Disney World Resort!
April, as long as the Memory Maker is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, it should be showing up in your account. I’m happy to help you locate it, and what to do if you don’t see it there.
First, in the upper right-hand corner of the
Walt Disney World Resort website, please hover over the My Disney Experience menu and click on My Plans. Next, you’ll want to scroll down the page until you get to the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section, and just to the left, you should see a
Tickets & Memory Maker link. Just below your tickets, you should see your
Memory Maker.
If it’s not showing up for any reason, I would recommend chatting with a Cast Member to see if they can locate it for you. To do this, open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next, scroll down until you locate “Chat With Us” and click on it to connect with a Cast Member.
There is no limit to the number of people in your pictures and no limit to the number of pictures you can download. It will activate once you take your first picture, and you will be able to download your pictures via the My Disney Experience Mobile App, or you can wait to download them all together once you’re home. Once you’re at the parks and see a
Disney PhotoPass photographer, you’re able to ask them if they can take a picture of you, and they will ask to either tap your
MagicBand or admission card for the pictures to link to your My Disney Experience account.
As long as everyone in your party is linked to your My Disney Experience account under the
Family & Friends list, all the pictures will appear under your Memory Maker. The pictures may show up with a watermark for them in their accounts, but you’ll be able to download all the pictures for them without the watermark and share the pictures with them. Please do be sure to download your pictures before they expire, which is 45 days from the date they’re taken.
Here’s
witching you an enchanted vacation, April!
