I purchased a memory maker for my daughter who is going to Disney world Oct 1st but when she tried to link it to her Disney app it said an error message that it was already linked to an account. What should she do?

    Say chEARs, Deborah!

I, too, was at Walt Disney World Resort during the start of the very enchanting 50th Anniversary! You could feel the electrifying magic in the air as fans from all over gathered for The Most Magical Celebration

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, and I hope your daughter had an incredibly wonderful time at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Typically, when the Memory Maker is purchased online, it automatically links to the selected Guest’s My Disney Experience account. So it would make sense that your daughter was unable to relink it, as it should have already been linked to her account and would not be activated until she takes her first picture inside the theme parks.

I hope your daughter was able to make special memories during her vacation that will last a lifetime! And do be sure to go through the pictures together; that’s one of my favorite things to do after a magical vacation!

Here’s to always celebrating the magic!
