Aloha, Alan!
I’m so glad you followed the Lost Boys to Neverland and found your way here to planDisney! Can you believe you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth during
The World’s Most Magical Celebration? It just doesn’t get any better than that!
Looking back through
Disney PhotoPass pictures from our past trips back “home” is one of my favorite ways to reminisce over the memories we made together. This is only possible thanks to Memory Maker, so I’m elated to hear you’ve purchased it for your upcoming vacation! It will be even more special now that
traditional character greetings are being phased back into Disney Parks this spring. Be sure to take full advantage of your Memory Maker purchase by getting in as many pictures at Disney PhotoPass locations as you can. If you aren’t sure where to find them, just open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App and go to the interactive map feature. Then, select "PhotoPass" from the drop-down menu at the top-middle of the map to see a list of available Disney PhotoPass locations near you.
Of course, to take advantage of
Memory Maker, you must first link it to your My Disney Experience account. Let’s think happy thoughts and see if I can point you in the right direction. In your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and select "Tickets and Passes" from the options. Click on the plus sign in the top right corner, then select "Link Tickets & Passes." Enter the confirmation code for your Memory Maker purchase manually on this screen or scan it, then click submit and follow the remaining steps to finish linking it to your account. If you would rather link your Memory Maker purchase online, log into your
My Disney Experience account, then head to the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. Select “Memory Maker” from the options, enter your confirmation code, then walk through any remaining steps. If you have any issues during the linking process, I suggest you call the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands line at 407-939-4357 for further assistance.
Alan, since your attraction photos and videos are included with your Memory Maker purchase, you might make a note of what time you experience these attractions just in case the photos don't link to your account properly. If you find that any of your pictures are missing, just call the wonderful Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at 407-560-4300 for further assistance. They can use your timestamp information to look up missing pictures. When you return home from your magical vacation, be sure to
order a Disney PhotoPass Archive USB flash drive. It will have all the photos from your trip loaded onto it for safekeeping.
Please stop back by planDisney if you have further questions or just need an extra sprinkle of pixie dust, Alan. We're always happy to help!
You can fly,
Alyssa
