    I purchased the memory maker in advance to our trip in February. How do I know if it’s linked to My Disney Experience? It’s not showing up.

    Memory Maker is a wonderful way to be able to download all your Walt Disney World Resort vacation photos for one price.  I'm glad to hear you have taken advantage of the advance purchase discount.

    At this time, I am unable to see my Memory Maker entitlement in the My Disney Experience mobile app, but I can see it when logged in to my account on the My Disney Experience website.  Go to "My Plans" and scroll down until you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets".  On the left side next to "Daily Itinerary", you should see a link to "Tickets & Memory Maker".  Scroll past "Theme Park Tickets and Passes" to view "Memory Maker Purchases".  If you were signed in to your Disney account when you purchased your Memory Maker entitlement, it should have automatically linked to your account.  If you don't see it there, you may need to link your Memory Maker purchase to your account by entering the confirmation number you should have received in your email at the time of purchase or the number on the back of the Memory Maker card if it was mailed to you.  If you have any trouble, give the Disney PhotoPass line a call at (407) 560-4300.
