I just purchased memory maker at the advance purchase price. I'm wondering how the three days are counted before you can use it. I bought it today, Thursday, and wondering if I'll be able to use it Sunday.

    Hi Jaime,

How exciting that you'll be at Walt Disney World in just a couple days!  I'm sure you'll have an absolutely magical time and Memory Maker will be the picture-perfect way to capture lots of your vacation memories.

When I saw your question, I knew about the savings when you purchase Memory Maker at least 3 days in advance, but I didn't know exactly how those 3 days were counted.  I called the helpful folks over at the Memory Maker Guest Support Team at (407) 560-4300 and they explained that the best way to "count" this time is actually in hours.  You'll be able to capture your first photo 72 hours after you made your Memory Maker purchase, so that's the best way to figure out when you can start taking advantage of the service.  For example, if you made your purchase at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, you'll be able to start using Memory Maker at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.  Any photos taken before that time will not be included.

I hope that helps answer your question, Jaime, and wishing you lots of pixie dust on your trip!
