I’m so sorry you weren’t able to get the
MagicBands you ordered! I went ahead and
contacted a Cast Member for you who told me while they cannot reprocess the order, the system will refund the charges as the MagicBands were not delivered. You could also try calling the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time to see if you could get some further assistance from a Cast Member.
If you really have your hEARt set on getting MagicBands for your trip, I would suggest you stop by the gift shops on the property. I’ve purchased some of my favorite MagicBands from the shops at the Theme Parks, and I hope you’ll take a look. They sometimes have limited editions there that are absolutely magical!
You can also use the
Disney MagicMobile service through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app. It allows any iPhone, Apple Watch, Android with Google Pay smart device to set up the service and acts just like a MagicBand would!
Just a reminder, Nicole- do be sure you’ve made your
Disney Park Pass reservations since these reservations are required, along with your tickets, to enter the theme parks.
