    I’ve just purchased a magicband + from my friend as they are hard to access in the uk, we sail on DCL fantasy soon. They have taken the magicband+ from their account so it should be as new. I’m struggle to attach it to my disney experience app,can you hel

The Disney Fantasy has so much fun to offer, from the live shows including Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular and Frozen – A Musical Spectacular, to splash-tastic fun on the AquaDuck, a wild water coaster. Your time on board is sure to be filled with unforgettable magic and opportunities to make memories you will cherish for a lifetime. 

    A Disney MagicBand+ or DisneyBand+ is a great way to enjoy hands-free convenience during your cruise. You can open your stateroom door and make purchases to be charged to your stateroom folio. Plus, there are many other little magical touches you can find throughout the ship. Unfortunately, once a MagicBand or DisneyBand has been assigned to a Guest, it cannot be transferred. It sounds like the MagicBand your friend sold you had at one point been linked to their Disney account and assigned to a Guest. Even once it has been removed, it cannot be reassigned to a new Guest. If your friend can purchase a MagicBand+ that has never been used, you should be able to link it without any trouble. Fortunately, there are DisneyBands+ available for purchase on board the Disney Fantasy.
