Hi, Lori! I am so glad you decided to purchase Memory Maker before your trip. With hundreds of Disney PhotoPass photographers found across the Resort, you are sure to have lots of great pictures with your family.
Since you purchased Memory Maker, you will actually be the only one in your group that can see it residing in your My Disney Experience account. If you do not see it there, you can
link it on the Claims page. Head to your
Family & Friends List and make sure everyone in your travel party is listed there or click to
Add a Guest. If they have their own My Disney Experience account, you can simply click the link in their profile in your Family & Friends List to
Connect Through a Disney Account. When adding a Guest, be sure to check the option to
Share PhotoPass Photos. This will need to be done on your end and on their end when they are logged in to their own account.
When you have linked each Guest, their theme park ticket, and optional MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account, then their Disney PhotoPass memories should show up in your Memory Maker. If everyone in your party does not have a MagicBand, they can have the PhotoPass photographer scan their park ticket or use one of the Disney PhotoPass cards given by the photographer. You can later
add these cards to your account. Just a note on this: I find sometimes that my kids' pictures do not show up when I look at the pictures in My Disney Experience mobile app. When I sign on to the Disney PhotoPass website, sure enough, there they are.
I hope this helps reassure you, Lori. Please stop by if you have any other questions.
