Hello there, Beth!
You are the magic! You are such an amazing parent for gifting Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your son and daughter-in-law. I hope you have a bit of pixie dust headed your way in return.
There are a few ways your son and his wife can access their theme park tickets, but first, both of them will need a
My Disney Experience account, which means they’ll need
two email addresses (one email associated with each account).
Once they both have My Disney Experience accounts, they can access their
tickets through the My Disney Experience website in a few different ways. First, you can view the tickets in your account and select “Reassign Ticket.” If your son and his wife don’t appear in your Family & Friends list, you can select “Add Guest” to add their information. Once you reassign the ticket, they should see the tickets appear in their own My Disney Experience account.
Alternatively, you can share the confirmation number in the email that was sent to you when you booked the tickets with your son. Once he has the Will Call Confirmation Number from the email, he can enter that under
“ID Number” to link the tickets to his account. I hope you found these tips and tricks helpful.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
