Hello there, Meghan!
I have a good feeling that everything your heart desires will come to you on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You are in for a treat because my favorite nighttime spectacular,
“Happily Ever After,” will return on April 3, 2023 - just in time for your vacation! If you’ve never seen it before, I guarantee that at least one member of your party will turn into pixie dust watching
Cinderella Castle magically transform.
Now, let’s figure out how to link your tickets to your account. First, sign into your
My Disney Experience account and then toggle to
“My Plans.” On this page, scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” and select
“Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” to see if your party’s tickets are listed below. Hakuna Matata if the plans don’t magically appear because sometimes you need to link the tickets manually.
To link the tickets to your account manually, you’ll press “Add More Plans” and select
“Link Reservations and Purchases.” Next, select
“Tickets” to manually enter the ticket or pass number you received with your confirmation email when you purchased the tickets. Once you’ve completed this step, you should see the tickets appear on the “My Plans” page.
Once you’re done entering the ticket details, you’ll also want to link your party to your My Disney Experience account so that everyone can see their ticket information, dining reservations, and other magical plans. To link your group together, everyone will need to make their own My Disney Experience account. Once that step is done, go to
“My Family & Friends List” and select
“Add a Guest.” You can link your family and friends through a few different options.
I know your rainbow will come smiling through once you’ve completed all these steps.
Reach out to me directly if you want any other tips on how to use the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device to make the most of your vacation.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
