Seasons greetings, Allyson!
Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for sending your question our way. I'd be delighted to help with your ticket inquiry. Let's get started!
Depending on the ticket media you purchased for your group, you can do a few different things. If you have e-mail or paper confirmations with individual reservation (ticket) numbers that have not yet been linked to a My Disney Experience account, you can give the ticket numbers to your employees to link to their My Disney Experience account. If the tickets have expired, once your employee selects travel dates, they'll need to
call Walt Disney World to upgrade the tickets to be valid for their visit.
If the tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, you'll need to do a
paperless ticket transfer. Here's how:
1. Ensure you're connected with your employee in My Disney Experience. To do this, go to the My Family & Friends section in the dropdown menu. Click the blue "+ Add a Guest" button and follow the prompts to add them to your connected Guests.
2. Once connected, locate the ticket you'd like to transfer in My Plans. Select "Reassign Ticket" and choose your employee as the recipient.
I hope this clarifies the process for you, Allyson! If you or your employee encounter any challenges while linking the tickets, the helpful team at the Existing Tickets line is just a phone call away.
Thanks again for visiting planDisney and spreading the Disney magic this holiday season. Don't hesitate to get in touch if we can do anything to make future trips even more special.
Happy holidays,
Betsy
