Hi I purchased a kids ticket for my niece whom was supposed to visit the park with my kids and I however my niece will kot ba able to attend is it possible to upgrade her kids ticket to a adult ticket and pay the difference if so do I do that at the park?

    Hi Bonnsang,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry we weren't able to get to your question sooner and hope that a friendly Cast Member was able to take care of everything for you so that you and all of your fellow Mouseketeers could enjoy an incredible Disneyland Resort adventure together!

Yes, you should have been able to visit a ticket booth and simply pay the difference between the ticket you had and the ticket you wanted so that an adult Guest could use the ticket you originally purchased for your niece. I'm always so thankful that tickets can be flexible and are not locked to one specific person until after the first time they're used to enter a theme park. It's only once they've been used that first time that they may no longer be transferred to another Guest.

Thanks so much for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Bonnsang. I hope you had a wonderful visit and are reliving the magic through the photos and memories you collected along the way. The next time you are planning a Disney adventure, please feel free to stop by and see us again!
