Oh boy! It sounds like you used the
Home Delivery option while visiting
Walt Disney World Resort! I'm always sad when having to leave The Most Magical Place on Earth, but I always love when I know I can look forward to a magical delivery of souvenirs once I return home.
Michael, while I hope your delivery arrives before you can say, "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!" I have another step you can take to track down your packages. I would recommend sending an email to the Merchandise Guest Services team. All you need to do is send an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com and include:
- Your full name, phone number, and mailing address
- An image/copy of your white purchase receipt
- An image/copy of your yellow shipping document
Once they receive that information, they will be more than happy to check the status of your package! Then, while you're waiting for your mail, you can keep the magic going by reading up on all of the news on the
Disney Parks Blog and listening to the
planDisney Podcast!
