I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your item from
World of Disney yet. When you purchased your item and elected to have it delivered, you should have also received a tracking number along with your receipt. If you can find the tracking number finding your item should be quicker than bibbidi bobbdi boo! If you can’t find a tracking number, then your next step is to reach out to
Merchandise Guest Services. They can potentially help you locate your item and get an estimated date of arrival. You can also contact them via phone Monday-Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM EST at 1-877-560-6477.
