    I purchased a Florida resident park ticket but didn't complete the Proof of Residency step when I checked out online. Is there still a way to do that online before I arrive at the park?

    Hi Elaine and welcome to planDisney! 

    I have done the very same thing! I’m also a Florida Resident and completely forgot to do the Proof of Florida Residency step online for a ticket I purchased for my daughter. Unfortunately, you would have to show your proof in person at any ticket window at the theme parks or the Disney Springs guest services location. 

    Elaine, you can still make your Disney Park Pass Reservations even though your ticket has not been activated yet. It’s an important step we all need to take before we visit the theme parks. 

    Make sure to check out the Special Offers for Florida Residents on Disney Resort Collection hotel stays for any trips you may have in the future. Being Mickey’s neighbor has its benefits!
