Kelly from MD Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased five DisneyFastPass+; small plastic cards with information on the reverse. I was told I need to "reserve the date for each park we wish to visit, but I require a ticket number." Is that number on the back of these cards?

    Hiya, Kelly! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is only a few weeks away! It sounds like you're ready to put the finishing touches on your vacation and I'm happy to help. Let me just grab my magic wand...

Kelly, you're exactly right! You will want to link your Theme Park Tickets to your account and then make Theme Park Reservations through the Disney Park Pass system. Making Theme Park Reservations is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip!

First, let's focus on linking your Theme Park Tickets. Log into your My Disney Experience account online and head over to the Link Reservations and Purchases page. Select Tickets and enter the ID Number found on the back of your card. You can take a look at the images on the right side of the screen to see examples of where you may be able to find this ID Number.

Alternately, you can also link these tickets by using your My Disney Experience app! Log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap "Tickets and Passes," then the plus sign in the upper right corner. Tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and either enter the ID code on the ticket or tap "Scan Code" to scan your tickets. After your tickets have been linked, you'll want to make your Theme Park Reservations on the Disney Park Pass page. Ta-da! You are one step closer to your magical vacation!

If you have any problems linking your tickets using the above steps, you may want to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. Sometimes they're able to stretch their magic wands a bit further for us! Since their magic can be in high demand, I'd recommend calling right as phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST if you need their assistance.

Kelly, while you wait for your trip to start, you may want to spend a little time exploring everything that the My Disney Experience app can offer. This is a little like holding your own magic wand in your hand! You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even mobile order food. This way, you know your Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken-Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom Park will be ready and waiting for you right when you want it to be.

I hope I was able to help you link your tickets and make your Theme Park Reservations! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
