Hi I purchased my family tickets to Disneyland, and I am needing to cancel them. Will I get a full refund?

It’s always a delight to see a fellow Texan at planDisney, Renetta! Howdy and welcome back!

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make it to Disneyland Resort. I know it’s not an easy decision to make when the clock strikes midnight on your plans, and I do hope you know that the magic of The Happiest Place on Earth will be here waiting for you when you and your family are ready to return!

Renetta, although theme park tickets are non-refundable, if your tickets expire before you’re able to visit, you may be able to apply the amount you paid for your wholly unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. If you have further questions about this, please feel free to contact a friendly Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

We hope to see you as soon as you’re ready to visit the magic, Renetta!
