I am sorry to hear that not only did you have to leave Disney World, but you made it home with a souvenir that did not have all the pieces. Don't worry though, because there is a department ready to help with just this type of issue.
Disney World has a team dedicated to helping with purchases made while visiting the Disney Theme Parks.
Please call or email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com and a Cast Member will be able to assist you. Make sure to provide them with as much information as possible when you contact them. If you have a receipt or made your purchase in the My Disney Experience app have that information handy. This will help them get your problem solved as quickly as possible. Luckily, you have plenty of time before you pull that Christmas countdown calendar out to get this sorted!
Since you just recently visited, don't forget to check out your
PhotoPass photos taken while on vacation. You only have
45 days from the date a photo is taken to purchase and download your precious memories! This is an expiration date you don't want to miss because those photos are epic souvenirs that keep the memories alive for years to come!
