We purchased our e-tickets but want to pick up our tickets the day we arrive (7/15), which is the day before we hit the parks (7/16), can we pick them up without having to pay for parking? We are not staying in the resort

    Hi Debbie!

I completely understand wanting to be prepared for an exciting day at the Walt Disney World Resort, and that includes having your tickets with you to enter the parks!  Luckily, you can visit any Guest Relations location to get your tickets, including the one at Disney Springs.  There is even free parking available at Disney Springs!  Just remember to bring your confirmation email, the card you originally used to purchase the tickets, and a valid photo ID to the Guest Relations location.  The Cast Members there will be happy to assist you!  While you're there, make sure you check out all of the awesome shopping, dining, and entrainment available at Disney Springs!

Don't worry if you can't make it to a Guest Relations location before you arrive at the parks.  There are Guest Relations windows at each of the Theme Parks, so you will still be able to get your tickets!  If you purchased regular (non-discounted) tickets, you can even go straight to the turnstiles where a Cast Member will be able to scan your confirmation email and give you your tickets.  Just remember to bring those required documents either way!

If you have active MagicBands attached to your My Disney Experience accounts and your tickets are linked to your accounts, you can skip these steps and proceed directly to the turnstiles at the park entrance!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
