Greetings to you, Janet, thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Your visit is just around the corner, and it sounds like you’ve got everything secured for your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth - yay! I’m happy to help you get your tickets set up.
There are two ways I will share to locate your tickets. 1) If you purchased directly through Disney - Make sure you downloaded the
Disneyland app and logged into your
MyDisney account used to purchase tickets. Open the app, tap the “≡” and go to “My Tickets & Passes.” You should see and be able to scroll through the tickets you bought. 2) If you purchased from a third party, you will most likely need to link your tickets. The agency should have emailed you a PDF with your ticket barcodes that you can scan into your Disneyland app to link. You’ll want to navigate to “My Tickets & Passes” and then tap the “+” sign at the top to either type in the barcode ID or scan it (assuming you printed the documents).
You’ll be in town during the celebration of the
Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park, with live entertainment, including
Mulan's New Year Procession,
Hurry Home - a Lunar New Year Water Show, and tasty
festival marketplaces. Make sure to keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog, as Disney Eats will typically release a Foodie Guide as the experience date gets closer. It’s always a fun time celebrating different cultures!
Hope this is helpful, Janet, and that you’re able to get your tickets all linked up. If you have any other questions, feel free to
send us another message!Magic awaits,
Camille
