Jeanne from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

When I purchased 10 Disneyland 2-day tickets today and made the reservations for the dates we want, I never received the reservation QR codes. I usually print out the tickets and reservation QR codes to show at the gate. Where can I get the QR codes?

How’s it going, Jeanne! I hope you and your loved ones are doing well!

Ten people – wow! You are going to have a blast and create so many life-long memories during your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.

When purchasing tickets and securing reservations, Guests will usually receive a confirmation email with their reservation QR codes. If you did not receive an email, no worries. You can easily hop online to access it. Visit the My Reservations webpage of the Disneyland Resort website, then sign in. Here you should be able to access the QR codes or make changes to your reservations, should you need to do so.

And since you are with a large group, one lunch place I like to recommend for bigger parties is the Hungry Bear Restaurant. It’s counter service which means that you can use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, and there are two stories of the seating area, with many of the tables offering beautiful views of the Rivers of America.

Have a fantastic time, and if you think of any more questions for the planDisney Panel, please feel welcome to ask us more.

    Best wishes,
