Hey there, DeeEll!
A multi-day stay at the Happiest Place on Earth is my favorite way to vacation. Disneyland Resort has so much magic to experience that spreading the fun over multiple days gives you a chance to maximize the experience.
A park hopper allows someone to visit both theme parks (
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park) on the SAME day. Therefore, if you are visiting over three days, you do not necessarily need a park hopper.
For each of the three days of your visit, you need a
theme park reservation. As someone with a one-park per day ticket, you should have been prompted to select the park you wish to visit each day of your trip. For example, you could have reserved two days at Disneyland Park and one day at Disney California Adventure Park.
If you selected Disneyland Park for
all three days, you would need to change one of the reservations to Disney California Adventure Park or upgrade your tickets to a Park Hopper if you wish to visit that park during your trip. But as long as one of your days, the reservation was set to Disney California Adventure Park, you will not need to upgrade. You can visit
My Reservations and sign in using your Disneyland Account information to verify your reservations.
Have a fantastic time visiting Disneyland Resort, and do not forget to pack sunscreen, as May tends to be a sun-shiny time of the year in Southern California.
Best wishes,
Lola
