I have purchased a Disney World annual pass online. Where can i activate and receive my actual pass? Thank You

Hello, Len! Welcome to the wonderful world of the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Congratulations on becoming a Walt Disney Annual Passholder! It truly feels as though you are joining one big, happy family whenever you first become a Passholder!

As you may know, an Annual Pass that has been purchased online must be activated prior to being used. Activating an Annual Pass is a very straightforward, short process! Simply stop by any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or any Guest Services location at Disney Springs and a Cast Member will walk you through the process of receiving your Annual Pass. Be sure to bring the Annual Pass voucher you received via email as well as a valid photo ID! Both of these items will be required to activate and acquire your physical Annual Pass.

Annual Passes are valid for 12 months beginning on the day of activation. For example, if an Annual Pass is activated on February 1st, 2019, it will be effective through February 1st, 2020.

Your Annual Passholder status also grants you access to special benefits and discounts. There are so many different ways to save with your new Annual Pass! Some of my personal favorite include discounts on certain dining locations, merchandise, recreation rentals, and spa services. Throughout the year, you may also find Annual Passholder discounts available on Disney Resort hotels as well!

Hopefully this helps you with the activation process! Welcome to the Annual Passholder family!
