Disneyland Park Halloween Mickey and Minnie; mickey's not so scary halloween party

    I purchased a Disney trip through Costco and went in Oct of 2023. I thought I saved a screenshot of the gift card, but looks like I accidentally deleted. I can't pull up my red because it is from 10-23. Is there any way I can retrieve?

    Hey there, Joseph, and welcome to planDisney!

    I'm so sorry to hear that you were never able to take advantage of the Disney Gift Card that you received through Costco for purchasing a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package! I know that they offer some really good deals and many of my friends have traveled with them. 

    We are not affiliated with Costco, but I might have some ideas for you on how to recover your Gift Card:

    1. Call 1-877-650-4327 to report your card as lost or stolen. You will need the first 12 digits of the Gift Card account number and an original proof of purchase will be required in order to transfer the funds to a new card.
    2. Kamini, a friend and former planDisney panelist, was able to access her Travel ePackage on the Disneyland website or the Disneyland Mobile App after her trip had taken place. You could try and see if you are still able to access your reservations and perhaps see the gift card that way.
    3. If you can find the original email confirmation from Costco, I found a Digital Order Portal on the Costco website at www.memberdelivery.com where you can enter your order number and email to access your digital order and gift card.
    4. If all else fails, I would recommend contacting Costco to report your card as lost. Their travel contract states that it cannot be replaced without required proof of purchase and complete gift card number, but hopefully that is information that they will be able to access for you.

    Did you have a fun trip last year? The Halloween Season is my favorite time of year to visit the Disneyland Resort! I love how immersive all the decorations are and the general vibe of the Parks. Oogie Boogie Bash is also my favorite After Hours Event and I love seeing Disney California Adventure transformed for the party.
