    We purchased our disney travel package directly from Disney, and I need know when we will receive our tickets to the theme parks and water parks.

    If you purchased a Magic Your Way package directly from Disney, you will not receive your park tickets (and water park tickets) until you check in to your hotel. Your admission passes, and Dining Plan credits if you have purchased them, will be computer encoded onto your Key to the World card, which also functions as your room key. With the Key to the World card, you'll only need to keep track of one thing for getting into your room and the parks.
