    Hi there, I purchased Disney tickets and we are unable to come due to Covid. Are we able to get a refund? We are from Canada

    I am so sorry to hear that your Disneyland Resort vacation plans have been impacted and I hope that those affected recuperate quickly, this makes me so sad. The good news is that you may be able to reschedule your plans for the near future, and if you still can't visit the Disneyland Resort, you will be able to apply the value of your unused, expired theme park tickets toward a new set of theme park tickets because theme park tickets are nonrefundable. But, seeing how your plans were impacted by Covid-19 I highly recommend contacting Disneyland Resort - Tickets and discussing the matter with a friendly and understanding Cast Member. I really hope you can reschedule and come to The Happiest Place on Earth soon!

    In case you do reconsider after everyone feels better, please refer to the current Disneyland Resort special offers which may be of interest to you and will place you right in the middle of all the magic with super close proximity to the Disneyland Resort theme parks and the Downtown Disney District!
