Hey there, Zachary! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you stopped by with your great question!
I'm so excited to hear that you're only a few days away from your vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort! It won't be long before you're jumping on a
thrilling attraction or soaking in the magic of the
Happily Ever After nighttime spectacular. With so much to see and do, you're sure to find magic around every corner! But before we can get you standing in front of Cinderella Castle, let's talk about your park tickets.
Zachary – yes! If you are able to view your tickets, you should be in great shape before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. When you open the
My Disney Experience app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, then tap Tickets and Passes. Be sure that you can swipe through and see the correct ticket type and Guests to whom each ticket is assigned. You can also do this online by heading to
My Plans, then scrolling down a bit and toggling over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. However, you'll also want to make sure that you've made your
theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip (until
January 9, 2024).
I can understand wanting to make sure all of your Donald Ducks are in a row before you arrive, so if you'd like to get a second pair of eyes on your reservation, I'd recommend
calling a friendly Cast Member at your earliest convenience. Have your reservation number handy and they'll be happy to take a peek at your vacation package and make sure everything is good to go! Also, take a little time to continue to explore the My Disney Experience app before you arrive. Not only will you be able to view your reservation, but you can also check wait times for attractions, access
virtual queues, and
mobile order food!
If you have any other questions, I hope you write to us again. We're happy to help! Just remember – you've got a friend in me.
See ya real soon!
