It sounds like you are a pro-Walt Disney World vacation planner and you’ve taken all the right steps. Your trip will be here faster than the millennium falcon makes the jump to light speed.
The first thing I would confirm is that you and your partner are linked to your
My Family & Friends List. If they aren’t listed, make sure to select “Add a Guest” and add them through your connected Guests or enter their name and age. Your partner will need to accept your My Family & Friends List invitation to see all of your group plans.
If this doesn’t work, go to “My Plans” within your
My Disney Experience account and select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Once you’re there, check to confirm that one of your tickets is assigned to you and one is assigned to your partner.
If these steps don’t help, I recommend chatting with a friendly Cast Member through the
My Disney Experience mobile app to see if they can take a peek at your account and see what’s going on. You can find the chat by selecting the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen followed by “Chat With Us.” Otherwise, you can always
