Hi! We have purchased the Dining Plan and want to use this to go to the Hoop De Doo review. Am I still required to pre-purchase the tickets and then receive a refund? Or am I able to book reservations using the Dining Plan alone?

Hey howdy hey, Karen! Thanks for stopping by with this great question about one of my favorite Disney dining locations! After years of trying, I finally talked my husband into experiencing Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue … and wouldn't you know it, he was on the receiving end of just about every joke that night! I may never get him back there for more of those delicious barbeque ribs after his big pink twirly ending to the evening!

You will be happy to hear that Disney Dining Plans are currently accepted at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. You will need 2 Table Service entitlements per person for this dinner show if you are using the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Pre-payment is required when booking your Advance Dining Reservation, but you should be able to apply your Disney Dining Plan to it as long as you are signed in to the same My Disney Experience account to which your Magic Your Way Package is linked. You can also give a Disney Dining Cast Member a call to assist you with the reservation. I have friends that did need to make full payment for their dinner show since they had not added the Disney Dining Plan yet to their stay, but were able to have the charges refunded and Table Service entitlements applied when they checked in at Pioneer Hall.

Reservations are highly recommended for this classic dining experience and can be made 180 days in advance. Please note that Disney Dining Plan entitlements can only be applied to Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all dinner shows and Category 1 seating at the 8:30 p.m. show. I hope you have a rip-roaring great time at the show, Karen! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventure!
