Hello Anil! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry you're not at
Walt Disney World Resort right now, but I guess if there's a silver lining to moving a trip it's that you don't have to wait much longer! The Most Magical Place on Earth will be waiting for you in April and you'll still be able to experience all the fun of the spring at the Parks, especially at the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
To make changes to your
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets on your own on your
My Disney Experience account, you would have had to do so by midnight the day before the first Park day assigned to your ticket. Because it is now past this date, and today your tickets will expire, we'll have to discuss other ways to change your dates!
Even if your tickets expired, they remain unused since you did not visit that Park during the past few days. Since the tickets are expired but remain unused you can still transfer the value of those tickets to new tickets you can purchase for your dates in April. To complete this process you'll need to speak with a Cast Member at Guest Relations who can help transfer your credit to your new Theme Park Ticket purchase. Calling (407) 939-7679 should put you in touch with someone who can help! Before you call, I suggest taking a look at the
Park Pass Reservations for your dates to ensure all the Parks you wish to visit those days are available.
When you finally make it to the Parks, make sure to save an evening to watch the
EPCOT's new nighttime spectacular,
Harmonious! I had the pleasure of catching this show last December and was in complete awe the entire time! It is definitely a "jaw-dropping" experience that I wouldn't miss for anything!
Anil, please come back and see us again if you have any other planning questions!
