    I purchased 2 2 day tickets for a date that showed available. Purchased the tickets & tried to make reservations to parks as directed. I couldn't make reservations for those days as park sold out for those days for 2 day passes. Need a refund.

    Depending on how you purchased your tickets, it is possible that you already have theme park reservations for your preferred date. If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, and during the purchase process you selected dates to visit, then you already have reservations and you can ignore the availability calendar. If this is the case, you can confirm your reservations online by visiting My Reservations and signing into your Disneyland Account. 

    If you purchased your ticket through a third party or you otherwise do not see reservations listed on your account, unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. In this scenario, you have two options. You may continue to check availability, as dates do open up last minute on occasion, even the day of. You may also consider visiting on another date.
