Hi Ronnie, and welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues linking your Disney World theme park tickets, but I’d be happy to help troubleshoot so you’re all set for your upcoming visit.
Not all ticket ID numbers are 12 digits long, so first I’d try linking your order number in the
My Disney Experience app or on the
Disney World website (if you’re running into any issues in the app, it’s usually worth trying the website too). If that isn’t working, the ID number might be in a different email. When I’ve purchased theme park tickets from third-party companies in the past, I’ve usually received two separate emails. Shortly after purchasing the tickets, I got one email confirming my order, followed by a second email that had the ticket ID numbers (one time, I got the second email the day after I placed my order).
If you’re still not able to link your tickets, Hakuna Matata! I’d recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number. A Cast Member can help get your tickets linked so you’re ready to go!
I’m excited that you’ll be at Disney World during my favorite time of year, when the theme parks and resort hotels are covered in sparkling decorations! Walking down Main Street, U.S.A. in
Magic Kingdom always gives me the warm and fuzzies with the garlands, wreaths, and of course the Christmas tree. But
EPCOT is always a must-do for my family when the
International Festival of the Holidays is going on. We love to grab snacks from the Holiday Kitchens and listen to the
storytellers share traditions from around the world. And doing the
Holiday Cookie Stroll is always one of our favorite activities. We love trying the different cookies, and you even get a bonus treat at the end! You can find more information in the Festival Passport (be sure to grab one on your way into EPCOT). And finally, don’t miss
Voices of Liberty in the American Adventure Pavilion. When you’re there, they’ll be singing Christmas carols and other seasonal songs, which always gets my family in the holiday spirit!
There’s one last thing I wanted to mention before I go. I love visiting the different resort hotels to see their themed holiday decorations, especially the ones with gingerbread displays. When you’re at EPCOT, you can pop out of the International Gateway entrance (between the United Kingdom and France pavilions) and walk over to the
Beach Club Resort. They have my favorite holiday display in the lobby—a rotating gingerbread carousel!
I’m wishing you the best visit ever during this extra magical time of year! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
