I just purchased 1day ticket for Wednesday 4/14. I’ll trying to make a reservation for Epcot but am having trouble. How do I do it?

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Julie!

HOORAY for booking a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! You’ll be visiting my very favorite park of them all: EPCOT! And right now, you’ll find that the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom! I absolutely adore strolling around the World Showcase trying tasty treats from the Outdoor Kitchens and looking at the gorgeous topiaries of my favorite characters!

Julie, I just checked the Theme Park Availability Calendar for you to make sure EPCOT is available for your date and I’m happy to tell you that you can absolutely make a Disney Park Pass reservation for it since it is available! I’m happy to go through the reservation process with you.

First, you’re going to want to make sure your Theme Park tickets are linked properly to your My Disney Experience account. To see if they are linked properly, scroll down until you see “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” Under this, in smaller print, you will find two tabs, “Daily Itinerary,” which is the one you’re viewing at the moment, and “Tickets & Memory Maker,” which is the one you want to click on. There, you will be able to see the Theme Park tickets for you and any of your Guests that may be accompanying you. You will need to be connected to your party through the Family & Friends list to plan with them, and this includes making your Disney Park Pass reservations together.

When you’re ready to make your reservations, you can go to Disney Park Pass reservation and click on “Make a Reservation.” It will prompt you to sign in and select the Guests going with you to the Theme Park. After you select “Continue,” you will see a screen that displays a calendar, and there, you will select the date of your visit. You will then see available Theme Parks for your visit. After you have selected EPCOT, you will be prompted to agree to the terms and conditions and then finalize your selection and you’re all set!

Should you need any help with this process, you can call the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 and have a Cast Member there take a look at your account to see how they can help or use the CHAT function on the Walt Disney World Resort website.

    Have an enchanting time, Julie!
