Sara, while I'm glad to see you've purchased your ticket, I'm sorry to hear you are having a bit of trouble adjusting your ticket dates. After speaking with Cast Members, I was informed that there are a few ways that you can attempt to change your ticket. As you mentioned, you can try and change it on the
My Disney Experience App. You can go into your Tickets and Passes, and click on the ticket you are trying to change. You can then opt to move the date, and pay the additional fee if the day you've chosen results in a higher price. Your ticket will then be active for the new date. Another means is to access your tickets online, in the
My Disney Experience tab of the Walt Disney World website. Here the process is similar to the app, in that you select tickets and passes and click on the ticket you are attempting to adjust. I would also recommend that you log out of your Disney account, and try to utilize a different browser, which might help.
If you continue to have trouble with the app and online, the Cast Member I spoke to recommended that you call the existing ticket line at (407) 566-4985. They will be able to assist you with moving your ticket to a new date. The Cast Member also recommended reaching out to
Website Support if adjusting the date online continues to be an issue.
