Heigh-Ho Frederick,
Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Disney travel experience which we love sharing with our Fellow Guests. I am happy to help with your curiouser and curiouser ticket inquiry and have some good news.
While Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable, Guests who have an unused ticket are able to use the face value of that ticket towards tickets at a later date. When the time comes, for you to return to The Most Magical Place On Earth, sign in to your
My Disney Experience and select your unused ticket and prepare to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the new date. Because different days and the time of year can affect the ticket cost, you may need to pay the difference. Prompts will guide you through this process until you have completed, paid and reserved your new Disney Park Pass reservation. If at any time you have hit a snafu, in replanning, I suggest calling (407) 934-7639 for further assistance. Unused Walt Disney World tickets have value until they are used or even partially used.
I hope this information is helpful and will send much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your next visit is a little more timely and successful. We look forward to Welcoming You Home Real Soon.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
