Melissa, since your
theme park tickets are wholly unused, they should still be valid for a future visit, as Disneyland Resort announced expiration extensions to select types of theme park tickets. You can check the
Disneyland Resort Operations page for more details on this and
contact The Disneyland Resort Tickets Services team for more information based on the tickets you purchased.
If your tickets have expired, worry not! According to
Disney’s eTicket Terms & Conditions, the amount you paid towards your wholly unused tickets may be applied to purchase new tickets. Please keep in mind that you would have to pay the difference if there was a price increase. By either calling the Tickets Services or using the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app, you will be able to get more details, as they will be able to look into your account to help you. Please keep in mind that with the “Chat with Us” feature, you can post your question, and a Cast Member will respond when available, so you may have to check throughout the day to check when a Cast Member has responded.
