We purchased 3-day single park passes pre-Covid. The revised valid dates expire in mid-September 2021. We are wanting to visit in May 2022; when I try to reserve park dates the website states "must have valid ticket to proceed". Please advise.

    Heigh-Ho Lauryn,

I’m sorry to hEAR your trip was interrupted by COVID but happy you are planning ahead and gEARing up for another. If Guests had date-specific Walt Disney World tickets purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period starting March 12, 2020, or later, they have until September 26, 2021, to use. If Guests are unable to visit by then, you may apply the value of the entire tickets to be used towards the purchase of tickets at a later date. The latter scenario describes your situation. Lauryn, you will need to call (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member about applying the cost of your current tickets towards a new set of tickets and you will be ready to continue planning your May 2022.
