Valeria from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased 2 day passes for residents at the end of July. I was planning to go with my boyfriend the first 2 weeks of august, but then he tested positive with COVID. We weren’t able to go after since we had to leave for college. Can I get a refund?

    Heigh-Ho Valeria,

I am so sorry to hEAR you were unable to visit Walt Disney World and I hope this finds everyone is well and gEARing up for a successful yEAR in college. While Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable, Guests, who were unable to make their Disney Park Pass reservation and have unused Walt Disney World tickets, are able to use their tickets toward a future visit. Until that time comes I suggest making note of the following information for your tickets:

*Ticket Purchase Confirmation Number or all the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers

      *Purchasers Name

*Where and When the tickets were purchased

*Form of payment at the time of purchase

When the time comes to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation, the following information will be helpful in purchasing your updated ticket.  Call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member who will assist in accommodating your request for new tickets.

In the meantime, stay up to date about all the exciting Disney News and Announcements surrounding Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary by following the Disney Parks Blog. Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
