Hiya Brittany,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
According to the
Disneyland Park Rules and Regulations, “Alcoholic beverages [are prohibited items and cannot be brought into the parks], except in the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Wine may be brought into the
Downtown Disney District to be consumed at select table service restaurants only, corkage fees apply.” So yes, the
Disneyland Resort does allow Guests to bring beer into the
Disneyland Resort Hotels, but they cannot bring them into the parks and only unopened wine bottles will be allowed into Downtown Disney District.
Tip from Tiffany: Did you know that the Disneyland Resort offers alcoholic beverages for purchase inside the theme parks?
Bayside Brews,
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, and
Pym Tasting Lab are some of my favorite stops in
Disney California Adventure Park.
Cafe Orleans and
Oga’s Cantina both offer scenic ambiance and alcoholic beverages on their menus in
Disneyland Park. And if you want to lounge around after a full day in the parks, I recommend making a reservation at
Hearthstone Lounge in
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or
Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar (and order a
Krakatoa Punch!) at
Disneyland Hotel.
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
