If you have purchased a day pass, but ending up not using it. Is it possible to use another time you go?

    Hi Miguel!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As much as we try and plan a practically perfect visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, things happen and certainly don't always go as we hoped!

Single day tickets are priced based on whether the date is considered value, regular or peak. Recently purchased single day tickets will have an expiration of December 30, 2020. If you didn't purchase your ticket recently or are unsure what the expiration date is you are welcome to contact the ticket line for further help at 714-781-4636. If you purchased a peak day ticket, it can be used on any day in the future prior to expiration. If you purchased a value or regular ticket, it can only be used on future value or regular days. For example, if you have a value ticket and wish to visit on a regular or peak day, please visit one of the Main Entrance Ticket Booths to upgrade your current ticket to cover the new date. When you do so, you will simply pay the difference between your current ticket and the price of the new ticket you need.

Please come back and let us know if you have any other questions before your next visit! I hope you are able to still use your ticket and enjoy Disneyland Resort to the fullest.
