I purchased 2-day park passes for 5 people and due to some conflicts only need 1 day. Can I get a refund and reduce the tickets down to 1 day passes?

    Heigh-Ho Troy,

You've purchased your Walt Disney World tickets, made your Disney Park Pass reservations and of course life hits you with an unmagical snafu. But Hakuna Matata, one day at Walt Disney World is better than no days. Here's what I suggest, BEFORE entering the Walt Disney World theme park, make your way to the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter located outside of all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Have your ticket Confirmation Number or Ticket ID Numbers available as well as the form of payment used during the purchase of these tickets. Kindly explain your request to the Cast Member and with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust they may be able to accommodate your request. Typically, tickets are non-refundable but I have a hunch some Disney Magic can be sent your way as long as you have unused tickets and are just requesting a deduction in days.

We look forward to Welcoming You Home, even if it is for only a day, and may it be filled with Many Magical and Memorable Moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
