    Hello, I just purchased [4] 1-day park hopper tickets. I found out that two in my family cannot attend and I want to change the two tickets to two other family members. How may I do that?

    David-Michael, to reassign tickets to different Guests, you will need to call Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. There may be a wait, but I assure you, Cast Members are doing their very best to help every Guest, and they will be happy to assist you once you are connected.
