Welcome to planDisney, Kayla!
Thanks for bringing your question our way.
I’m delighted to hear your party is feeling ready to embark on magical adventures at The Most Magical Place on Earth! And remember, there's no need to rush if you're not feeling up to it. When I visit Walt Disney World Resort, I like to slow down enough to bask in the sunshine and take in the bright and colorful sights as I listen to the cheerful music playing in the background. You’re going to have so much fun, Kayla!
To check if your
theme park tickets are still valid, you can check if they’re still linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If you have the app, please open it up, tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, select
Tickets and Passes, and locate your theme park tickets there. Usually, the tickets will show an expiration date underneath if they have one.
If the tickets are not there, don’t panic, Kayla. You are welcome to call
Existing Tickets and speak to a friendly Cast Member who can look into your account to help you. According to the
Tickets - FAQ page, the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied towards purchasing a new ticket at the current price, as long as the new ticket price is equal to or greater than the amount initially paid! Yippie!
When you do choose a new date to visit Walt Disney World Resort, I hope you make time to enjoy my favorite nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park,
Happily Ever After. The show always makes me cry the happiest tears as I sing along to my favorite Disney songs and watch the dazzling display of fireworks, along with heartwarming projections on Cinderella Castle.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Kayla!
