Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Monique!
With
Walt Disney World Resort’s
date-based ticket system, your Theme Park tickets each have a”validity window” during which they must be used. Since your purchased your tickets as a part of a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you should be able to check the beginning and ending dates of that window in your
My Disney Experience account. If you run into trouble finding that information, just reach out to a Cast Member at the
“Existing Tickets” helpline and they’ll be able to help you out.
If necessary, you can modify the start date of your ticket online or through the
My Disney Experience mobile app up until the first date of its validity window. Please be aware, though, that if doing so changes the price of your ticket, you will be responsible for the difference (if you’re moving to a date with a higher cost). If you’re moving to a lower-cost start date, no refunds will be given.
So as long as your ticket is modified to be valid the day before you check in, you should be able to use it at either
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Please keep in mind that Water Parks can close without notice (typically if there’s severe weather in the area), so make sure you check your My Disney Experience app before heading out for the day.
Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you, Monique! We’re always happy to help.
