I purchased (2) 6-Day Park Hopper passes for our trip. We never ended up hopping from one park to the next eventhough it was our intention. Is there anyway to get a refund? The difference from the Standard MYW ticket to park hopper.

Hi, Lymari!  After two years on the panel, I thought I had seen pretty much every question, but had never run across something like this.  I did call and speak with a cast member at Walt Disney World today with regard to your question, and was informed by the cast member that there is not a refund available if you do not use the park hopper option on your passes.

I think in some cases, people purchase the park hopper option as kind of an insurance policy.  They want to have the ability to park hop, even if they never actually choose to do so.  Unfortunately, you don't get money back on your health insurance premiums if you don't get sick!

I wish I had better news for you, but if you plan another vacation to Walt Disney World, before you purchase your theme park passes, consider what plan of attack you used on this past trip.  If you find that not park hopping was comfortable for your family and it worked well with your vacation style, you may decide you don't need the option and can work just fine without it!
