I purchased 4 2-Day Park Hopper passes, and now one of my party will not be able to join us. I canceled the reservation, and would like to use the credit for her ticket to add an additional day to the remaining 3. How would I do that?

I completely understand that sometimes plans change; however, I’m so happy to hEAR you are still planning to experience the magic at Walt Disney World Resort! You’re going to love starting your morning battling the First Order inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and ending your evening trying delicious treats around the World Showcase at EPCOT; and with the Park Hopper Option, you’re able to do just that!

Jamie, although theme park tickets are non-refundable, the ticket could be reassigned to someone else. As far as getting credit to divvy up between the other tickets, you can always call and speak to a Cast Member at Existing Tickets to see your options. The Cast Member would be able to look into your account and help you further.
