I purchased a 3 day park hopper pass for my sons friend who is no longer gonna be able to go. He has another friend who will be going instead. How do I change the names on the ticket

Hi there, Monica! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is made simple and straightforward by My Disney Experience! This amazing tool is what connects you to most of your plans throughout your trip. You can do such things as make advanced dining reservations, buy theme park tickets, modify your Disney Resort hotel reservation, and so much more right from a web browser or your smartphone!

Another useful task you can do through My Disney Experience is reassign theme park tickets! As long as you have not used a theme park ticket, you can reassign it to another person. All you will need to do is log into your My Disney Experience account and navigate to the “My Reservations” section. From here, locate which ticket you would like to reassign and click the “Reassign Ticket” link located to the right of the ticket information. It is important to keep in mind that the person you intend on reassigning the ticket to must be on your Family and Friends list so be sure to add them before beginning this process!

You will also need to make a reservation before entering any of the four theme parks! This can be done through the Disney Park Pass system as soon as your theme park tickets have been connected and reassigned to each individual Guest. It is also recommended that you check out availability through the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar online just to verify that there is availability during your chosen travel dates!

Best of luck continuing to plan for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions along the way!
